Job Description

Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily business transactions, post journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR): Process vendor invoices and payments, issue customer bills, and track incoming or overdue payments.
Bank Reconciliations: Match bank statements against ledger records and investigate or resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting Assistance: Help prepare balance sheets, income statements, trial balances, and weekly or monthly reports.
Expense & Payroll Support: Review employee expense reports for policy compliance, track budgets, and assist with payroll or tax calculations (such as TDS or payroll taxes).
Audit & Month-End Closing: Gather documentation, organize records, and assist senior accountants during monthly and yearly closings as well as internal or external audits.

Pay: ₹19,900.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
