Qualifications:

• Any Graduate in Accounting & Finance.
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers with B.Com can also apply
• Hands on experience in Tally Prime
• knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel etc).
• Good Communication skills

Job description

Candidates experienced in Accounting in Tally Prime with exposure to entire accounting activities will be preferred. Exposure to Statutory accounting like GST, TDS, ESI, PF etc., . Candidate should also have exposure to Company accounts including Capital accounts, Daily Expenses, Recording Imports, Vendor accounts etc.,

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing vendor payments and invoices.
• Prepare and submit TDS, GST, and labour payments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize accounting software, particularly Tally Prime, for financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Support audits and assist in the preparation of documentation as needed.
• Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Knowledge of TDS, GST, and labour payment regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
