Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Experience: 2-4 years
Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Grant Road

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily transactions, including receipts, payments, purchases and expenses
Pass journal entries and maintain ledgers and vouchers
Enter purchase and sales invoices in Tally Prime
Perform bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies
Verify invoices, bills, payment vouchers and supporting documents
Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile ledger balances
Support senior accountants with monthly reports

Requirements:

B.Com or equivalent
2-4 years of accounting experience
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and journal entries
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
Practical experience preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Basic to intermediate MS Excel
Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and organisational skills
