Junior Accountant & Admin

You will be working as an Accountant at Vasavi Decorations, a growing business involved in event planning, studio services, and the buying/selling of decoration materials. Your role will involve managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations efficiently and accurately. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle day-to-day accounting activities such as purchase, sales, expenses, and receipts. - Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally and Excel. - Prepare and maintain cash book, ledger, bank reconciliation, and inventory records. - Ensure timely statutory compliance. - Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of accounts and prepare necessary reports. - Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly Budget forecast & Collection forecast. - Prepare CAPEX/OPEX report. - Prepare and share MIS reports as required by management. - Coordinate with external auditors or consultants for internal audits or compliance. - Maintain supporting documentation and ensure proper filing and data backup. - Handle office Administration work as required. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in Tally for accounting and inventory management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST-related compliance. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records. - Good organizational and communication skills. **Eligibility Criteria:** - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
