Job Description

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Experience Required:

2 to 4 Years (Indian Accounting Experience Mandatory)

Job Location:

IMT Sector 68, Faridabad

Employment Type:

Job Summary:

Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain
day-to-day accounting entries
in accounting software (Tally / ERP / other).
Handle
purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries
accurately.
Prepare and maintain
Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
on a regular basis.
Assist in
GST compliance
including data preparation, reconciliation, and return filing support (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Handle
TDS accounting
, challans, and coordination for return filing.
Maintain proper
accounting records and supporting documents
(vouchers, invoices, bills).
Manage
petty cash
and ensure timely recording and reconciliation.
Assist in
month-end closing activities
.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for data and documentation.
Ensure compliance with
company accounting policies and statutory requirements
.
Support senior accounts staff in finalization of accounts and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in
Commerce (B.Com)
or equivalent.
2–4 years of relevant experience in
Indian accounting
.
Working knowledge of
GST and TDS provisions
.
Hands-on experience with
Tally / ERP / accounting software
.
Good understanding of
bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Experience in
manufacturing or trading industry
.
Exposure to
audit coordination
.
Knowledge of
basic compliance and statutory filings
.
