WE ARE HIRING – JUICE SUPERVISOR

Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

We are looking for an experienced Juice Supervisor to join our operations team at a leading sugar manufacturing facility in Ahmednagar. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of the juice extraction and clarification section in sugar processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the juice extraction, screening, and clarification sections.
• Monitor process parameters to ensure smooth and efficient juice production.
• Supervise field operators and coordinate shift activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Maintain process logs, operational data, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with boiling house, milling, and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the juice section of a sugar plant.
• Strong knowledge of juice heaters, clarifiers, evaporators interface, and process controls.
• Ability to handle shift operations and manage manpower.
• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
