Fruitstaurant is a new-age, experience-driven restaurant by PJJ Fruits, offering unique fruit-based beverages, shakes, smoothies, wellness drinks, innovative fruit dishes, and a premium café experience.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Juice / Shake Master who can craft high-quality beverages with consistency, speed, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, fruit coolers, wellness drinks, and detox beverages.
• Follow Fruitstaurant’s standard recipes, taste profiles, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in sweetness, thickness, temperature, and texture.
• Manage customer orders quickly and politely.
• Suggest drinks based on customer preference.
• Serve with a friendly smile, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
• Support in rush hours or special events.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Juice Maker, Shake Master, or in a café/juice shop. Knowledge of fruit combinations, juice extraction, and smoothie blending.
• Ability to handle high-volume orders.
• Should maintain speed, cleanliness, and accuracy.
• Passion for fruits, beverages, and healthy recipes is an added advantage.

Work Location & Timings

Location: Pala, Kerala

Restaurant Timing: 9 AM–10 PM (Shift-based duty)

Salary - Rs. 25000 - Rs. 35000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
