Role & responsibilities Foreclosure: Basic knowledge about US Mortgage and foreclosure process preferably Judicial Foreclosure along with good understanding of Mortgage documents such as Complaint, Notice of Sale, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Title document, Lis Pendens, Judgement etc. Reviewing Title reports, and other Foreclosure Milestones per the state requirements. Preparing Lis Pendens and Complaint package preparations File Complaint and issue summons for service of process Reviewing the borrower details to determine whether the borrower is falling under any state regulated protections which in turn will influence the Quiet Title Reviewing of other Title documents for any potential Title issue Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer, and Trust Policy requirements and timelines. Understanding of FHA/VA loan requirements and guidelines Update and document all tracking systems including the clear and accurate documentation of the accounts worked Preferred candidate profile Immediate Joiners and work from office Only
