Train, supervise, and motivate staff for excellent customer service. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain operational reports and coordinate with higher management.
