Role & responsibilities Capex implementation within committed timeline, cost and quality 100% uptime of critical equipment Adherence to budgeted cost Capability building in the technicians Zero safety incidents Minimize waste generation TPM Implementation Critical Tasks 1. Hands on Experience in Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Equipment including Twin Shaft Dispersers, In Line Dispersers, Agitated Vessels, Positive Displacement and Centrifugal Pumps, Pigging system, Big Bag Charging Stations, Utilities including Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers etc. 2.Maintain the equipment (by preventive and breakdown maintenance) to ensure 100% uptime through asset care. Coordination with other departments for timely maintenance 3.Solve situational problems as and when required 4.Ensure strict implementation of best practices as part of ISO 9000, 14000, Safety systems and TQM Implementation of corrective and preventive actions 5.Maintain necessary documents as part of the above system 6.Take lead in Mechanical execution during project execution phase 7.Impart required training to the team members as per the skill gap assessment Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ Years experience in Chemical/Petro chemical/FMCG Industries
