You are immediately hiring a VisionPLUS Cards Domain Expert for the role of Project Delivery Technical Manager in the VisionPLUS Domain. This is a full-time position based in CHENNAI. As a Project Delivery Technical Manager in the VisionPLUS Domain, your key responsibilities will include initiating and managing credit card projects in alignment with business requirements, defining and delivering technical solutions based on business needs, leading vendor and partner coordination activities, overseeing activity planning, technical design, and implementation, ensuring successful project execution with high business satisfaction, driving project governance, risk mitigation, and timely delivery, and ensuring full lifecycle management of VisionPLUS-related projects. To be successful in this role, you should be a graduate with 6 to 10 years of experience in VisionPLUS implementation. You should possess in-depth knowledge of VisionPLUS core modules, API integration, and JSON/REST APIs, along with strong communication and analytical thinking skills. Proven experience in managing projects through the full SDLC, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies and tools, excellent interpersonal and team management capabilities, as well as resourcefulness, self-motivation, and proactivity in problem-solving are desired qualities.
