Isolating request parameters as placeholders. Defining how to parse JSON, XML, or HTML responses. Specifying data extraction logic using JSONPath or XPath Proficiency in working with JSON, XML, and HTML data. Expertise in using JSONPath or XPath for data extraction. Experience with Chrome DevTools (element selection, finding by XPath). Understanding of basic HTTP protocol concepts. Knowledge of web resource URL structure (path, query parameters). Candidate must have strong experience in Data parsing. What You'll Own Break, smash, and stress-test our products to make them unbreakable. Design and execute robust test strategies manual and automated across web, mobile, and API layers. Write clean, reusable, and scalable test automation scripts (Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, or your stack of choice). Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to catch bugs before they become problems. Own the testing pipeline in CI/CD workflows — Shift Left, Ship Fast. Analyze logs, crashes, and performance metrics — be the user’s advocate. Continuously challenge and improve testing processes . You hate flaky tests and love deterministic pipelines. Document bugs like a pro — clear, reproducible, and impossible to ignore . What You Bring 2–4 years of solid experience in QA and test automation. Proficiency in Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured , or similar frameworks. Strong in manual exploratory testing and test case design. Good understanding of API testing , using tools like Postman , Swagger , or scripting frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and test reporting tools (Allure, TestNG, etc.). Comfortable with Java, Python, or JavaScript — automation isn’t optional here. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and sprint-based testing cycles. Bonus: Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter/Gatling) , WebSockets , or testing real-time systems .
