As an experienced JavaScript developer with 5+ years of experience, you should possess a strong understanding of JavaScript along with solid knowledge of web fundamentals and the Document Object Model (DOM). Your expertise should include writing adaptive and responsive UI applications using HTML5, CSS, React, and Redux. Knowledge of Angular would be an added advantage. In addition to frontend skills, having 3 years of experience with Node.js or backend services would be beneficial for this role. Your hands-on experience with React, particularly in ES6, and working on components like functional and class components is essential. Familiarity with frontend development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, and yarn is expected. A good grasp of Server-Side Rendering in JavaScript, JSON Schemas, and RESTful APIs is required. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD), encompassing unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, and web service testing. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Selenium, WebDriver IO, Cucumber, JUnit, and Mockito is preferred.
