The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), API integration, workflow automation, and experience working with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to optimize hiring processes. Required skill and experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with iCIMS Talent Cloud platform as a developer or systems analyst. Configure and customize iCIMS Talent Cloud modules based on business requirements. Proficiency in iCIMS Connect, Recruit, Onboard, and Offer modules. Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON. knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or Oracle HCM. iCIMS certification or training completion is added advantage Experience with SSO, SAML, or OAuth-based authentication. Understanding of data privacy and compliance Develop and maintain integrations between iCIMS and third-party systems (HRIS, job boards, background checks, etc.) using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools. Create and update career sites and portals using iCIMS Dynamic Template Editor and HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Collaborate with HR, TA, and IT teams to understand business processes and translate them into iCIMS workflows. Design and implement custom workflows, onboarding experiences, and automation within iCIMS. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for iCIMS users. Generate reports and dashboards using iCIMS reporting tools and external BI platforms. Stay current with iCIMS product updates and recommend improvements to ensure system optimization and compliance.
