As an AI Solution Engineer at Droisys, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and implementing advanced AI-enabled applications for our highly sophisticated systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and delivering innovative and efficient solutions within a secure environment. Self-discipline and a strong desire to build applications with high integrity are essential for success in this role. In this role, you will research and innovate by staying updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve and innovate Droisys's data conversion processes. You will be required to maintain comprehensive documentation of AI solutions, methodologies, and deployment processes. Additionally, you will design and develop AI models to automate and enhance the core data conversion processes, working with large datasets while ensuring the integrity and security of sensitive information during the conversion process. Your responsibilities will also include developing and deploying AI solutions in accordance with security protocols, ensuring all processes meet compliance standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, will be crucial to create integrated AI solutions. You will conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability, as well as continuously monitor and optimize AI models for efficiency and performance improvements. To excel in this role, you will need proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JS/NodeJS, and .NET Framework/Core C#, along with familiarity with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-Learn. Experience in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas or NumPy, as well as knowledge of deep learning concepts and architectures, will be valuable assets. Familiarity with software development methodologies, cloud-based services, system design, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are also essential requirements. Having 5-7+ years of technical implementation experience would be advantageous, and additional experience in the Financial Services Industry, relevant certifications in AI/ML or reporting tools like Splunk, SSRS, Cognos, and Power BI would be great to have for this role at Droisys.,
