We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and updated knowledge to understand the needs of our internal and external clients. Your responsibility will be to develop impactful design solutions across a range of products, including websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, eLearning, video editing, and corporate identity. Collaborating with designated stakeholders will be an essential part of your role. Your tasks will include taking design briefs to capture requirements and client needs, organizing project schedules, working with various media and graphic design software, brainstorming new design concepts, creating graphics and layouts, presenting rough drafts, incorporating client feedback into final designs, and collaborating with a diverse team of stakeholders. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Basic Graduation degree along with a UI/UX Design certification and possess a minimum of 6 years of industry experience. Demonstrating creative flair, versatility, conceptual and visual abilities, and originality will be crucial. A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills is required. Effective communication and presentation skills, professionalism in managing time, costs, and deadlines are necessary for success in this role. Proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio (Quiz maker), Adobe Captivate, Flash, HTML/HTM5, and Java Script Flash/Action Script is desired. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is essential. Experience in technologies like JSPs, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, JSON, AJAX, Angular JS, JSF Technology, HTML4.01/5, CSS2/3, Polymer JS, D3 JS, and Twitter Bootstrap will be an advantage.
