The Software Developer will support criminal justice and anti-money laundering digitalization initiatives for the JSAP project The Software Developer will ensure compliance with PRO-telligent and Tetra Tech Duty of Care Standards The Software Developer will be supervised by the Deputy Chief of Team and will be based in Ramallah. Responsibilities Lead key digitalization efforts in the criminal justice and anti-money laundering sectors to enhance case processing efficiency and user experience. Conduct programming design and analysis on key platforms including Java, Python, or C++. Perform user experience (UX) research to improve usability of software solutions. Perform other operational related duties as assigned by Deputy Chief of Team. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer/data science or related field is required Masters degree preferred. Minimum five years of related experience working on software development required. Experience providing technical support under U.S State Department funded projects preferred. Familiarity and experience working in the West Bank required Experience working with the justice sector preferred. Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Advanced knowledge of programming languages including but not limited to Java, Python, and C++. Strong adaptability, communication, proactive problem-solving, service-oriented, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously under pressure in a stressful environment and with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds required. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English required.
