Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree (B.E./B.Tech) Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification. Minimum 35 years of experience in HSE roles within the Oil & Gas sector. Experience in both onshore and offshore operations is preferred. Valid Offshore Survival (BOSIET) and Medical Certification (as applicable). Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of OSHA, ISO 45001, API, OISD, and other HSE standards . Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in remote and challenging environments. Proficient in incident investigation tools and HSE reporting software.
