The role currently available is that of an Admissions Associate at Js Academy, located in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This position is full-time and requires on-site presence during the weekdays from 11 am to 7 pm, as well as on Saturdays from 11 am to 4 pm. The expected monthly CTC for this role is INR 25,000, which is negotiable based on the candidate's experience and performance during the interview. As an Admissions Associate, your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming leads for admissions, effectively pitching the various programs and addressing related inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring lead conversion in adherence to team protocols, maintaining and updating admissions data in the systems, addressing parental queries through multiple channels including calls, emails, and in-person interactions, and achieving the set targets for new admissions and retention. To be considered for this role, candidates are required to possess an undergraduate degree, along with at least 1 year of work experience in customer service or after-sales service. Proficiency in communication skills, especially in English, is essential for this role. Additionally, candidates should be adept at using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
