Digital Commerce Associate Key Responsibility: · Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce portal (product listings, pricing, inventory updates, order tracking, etc.). · Communicate with brand partners (for approvals, content, prices, offers, product details). · Coordinate with internal or external teams for creative/digital assets. · Create basic marketing collaterals (social media posts, email banners, WhatsApp creatives). · Track basic analytics (site traffic, sales, campaign performance). Experience: · 1–3 years of experience in: o E-commerce operations (working with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart). o Vendor or brand coordination / account management. o Basic digital marketing or content creation. Skills: · Good written and spoken communication (since they’ll interact with brands and draft copy/captions). · Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva at a minimum, Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus). · Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards. · Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing basics. Mindset: · Organized, detail-oriented. · Proactive in following up with brands and internal teams. · Creative enough to suggest or create basic campaigns. Optional but Nice-to-Have Experience working in a startup or small team. Understanding of SEO and online marketing trends. Ability to handle light copywriting for product descriptions or campaigns.
