Jr. Talent Acquisition Executive

We are urgently looking to hire a Jr. Talent Acquisition Executive at our Andheri East office. Below are the details for the position:

Job Requirements:

· Position: Jr. Talent Acquisition Executive.

· Gender: Female candidate preferred.

· Experience: Minimum 1year in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in Chemical, Manufacturing, Pharma, or similar industries only.

· Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

· Probation Period: 6 months (Post-probation, Sick Leave and Casual Leave will be applicable).

· Reporting To: Operation Manager - HR & Administration PAN India.

Additional Information:

· No paid leave during the probation period; all leaves will be treated as LWP (Leave Without Pay).

· Strong email communication skills in English are essential.

· Candidate should be presentable and professional.

· Must be proficient in using platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other free job portals.

Joining Timeline: We are looking for someone who can join immediately or within 10-20 days, with a maximum of 30 days' notice period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
