Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic

ReactJS Developer

with 13 years of experience to join our growing team. You will work on modern web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and state management tools like Redux Toolkit.This role offers hands-on experience in building high-quality, scalable UI components while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performing web applications using ReactJS.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into clean, maintainable front-end logic.
• Write, test, and ship high-quality code following best practices.
• Integrate front-end screens with REST APIs.
• Implement effective state management using Redux Toolkit or similar tools.
• Optimize components for performance across browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues during development and post-release.
• Stay updated with React ecosystem trends and emerging front-end tools.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 13 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and functional programming concepts.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
• Experience working with Redux Toolkit, React Query, Context API, or other state management tools.
• Familiarity with front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integrations.
  

Good to have:

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering concepts.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with SASS, CSS Modules, or tailwind.
• Exposure to animations (GSAP, Framer Motion) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic exposure to Node.js (optional but welcome).
