JUNIOR PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

At ROBU.IN, we are building a high-performance Product Category Team passionate about electronics, innovation, and growth. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase, Experience in the electronics domain will be considered an added advantage

Number of Positions: 2 only.

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Salary Range: CTC: Rs.2,38,094/- to Rs.3,61,785/- per annum. In hand: Rs.15,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits.

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech –Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication (candidates from these streams will be given first priority)

Desirable Skills:

1) Strong knowledge of Active & Passive Electronic Components, Semiconductors, IoT, Devlopment Boards, Single Board computers, Displays.

2) Understanding of the P2P cycle in procurement.

3) Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

4) Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

5) Candidates with a strong project portfolio (academic or personal) will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely re-ordering of assigned products/product categories.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing & contract terms.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records by entering order details (vendors, quantities, prices, etc.) in internal systems.
  • Monitor inventory and trigger purchases to maintain stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Department for smooth execution of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Team for goods inward and inventory updates.
  • Initiate new product additions based on market trends, customer feedback, or supplier suggestions.
  • Stay informed about the technical specifications and working of assigned components. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate actively with the Product Category Team and other departments.
