Work Activities

• Developing project plans, goals, and identifying resources needed
• Communication: Facilitate meetings, maintain internal communication, and keep clients informed
• Client Handling: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations
• Support: Provide assistance to clients by resolving queries, issues, and providing timely support
• Onboarding: Guide clients through onboarding, providing training and support
• Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, task assignment, and updates
• Post-Project Support: Conduct post-project reviews, ensuring client satisfaction and project closure
