Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing necessary documents on time. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to employees' personal details or disciplinary actions. Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and report generation using MS Office tools.
