Role Description

This is an internship role for a Jr GRC Analyst. The Jr GRC Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies and policies for governance, risk management, and compliance. The role involves conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, and aiding in audit readiness activities. This is an in-office role based in Pune.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understanding of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Basic knowledge of conducting risk assessments and internal audits
• Proficient in preparing detailed reports and documentation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Assist in GRC meetings and tracking action items
• Prepare compliance reports and audit findings and monitor remediation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
