Jr. Graphic/Motion Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Jr. Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in all creative design activities of the business, supporting branding, marketing, and digital campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with the Web and Social Media Manager while directly reporting to the CEO. A candidate with a valid driving license is preferred, as occasional travel for shoots, client meetings, and project support may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics, layouts, and motion visuals for digital and print media.
• Support brand-building activities through creative content, ads, presentations, and video edits.
• Collaborate with the Web and Social Media Manager to align designs with campaigns.
• Assist in creating short-form and long-form motion content (animations, reels, promotional videos).
• Capture and edit photo/video content as needed.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all platforms.
• Support in-field design/branding needs (preferred if candidate has a driving license).
• Report directly to the CEO on project updates, timelines, and creative initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and trend awareness.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
