Jr. Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of the design team, bringing your creativity and attention to detail to create compelling visual assets for both digital and print media. You will collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm and execute design solutions that ensure brand consistency and visual impact. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of graphics, illustrations, and layouts, editing and retouching images, maintaining design assets, and delivering final graphics in various formats. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute design solutions. - Edit and retouch images as required. - Maintain and update design assets and templates. - Prepare and deliver final graphics in appropriate formats. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition. - Strong attention to detail and creative mindset. - Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects. - Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of UI/UX design or tools like Figma or Sketch. - Basic video editing or animation skills. - Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.
