Jr. Frontend Developer (React)

As a Junior Frontend Developer at Sookshum Labs located in Mohali, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining web applications using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with the development team to design and implement new features and enhancements while ensuring the smooth operation of the applications by troubleshooting and debugging code. Your skills in responsive design/development, familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and knowledge of using REST APIs will be essential in this role. Having a basic understanding of server-side JavaScript using Node.js and databases like MySQL would be an added advantage. Your eagerness to research, learn in a self-directed manner, and stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies will contribute to your success in this fast-paced environment. In addition to your technical skills, your strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, critical-thinking skills, and goal-oriented approach will be crucial in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3-6 months of full-time industrial training in Web Development. Being able to commute or relocate to Mohali, Punjab, before starting work is preferred. The position is full-time and open to fresher candidates.
