Jr Fashion Stylist

As a Junior Fashion Stylist at our company in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting our influencer marketing and social media content creation efforts. You will need to have a foundational understanding of fashion styling, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Your exceptional research skills, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow within the team will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Influencer Styling & Content Support: - Assist in styling outfits for social media photoshoots and influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and current trends. - Conduct proactive research on fashion, social media, and competitor trends to inform styling decisions and strategy. - Assist in the preparation, organization, and return of samples, clothing, and accessories for photoshoots and influencer sends. - Production & Pipeline Management: - Actively manage a well-stocked pipeline of creative ideas, props, mood boards, and styling concepts for continuous content flow. - Meet strict deadlines for styling preparation, shoot readiness, and asset delivery. - Maintain the organization and inventory of the style closet, props, and styling tools. - Social Media & Digital Strategy: - Help translate seasonal concepts and marketing goals into engaging visual content for various social platforms. - Demonstrate a willingness to learn new styling techniques, photo editing styles, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in fashion styling or related creative field. - Digital Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media platforms and the content landscape. - Research Mastery: Exceptional research and trend-spotting abilities. - Work Ethic: Highly reliable, hard-working, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment. - Education: A degree or certificate in Fashion, Design, or a related field is a plus, but relevant experience is prioritized.
