We need a Digital Marketing Executive . Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC). Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, website copy) to attract and retain customers. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends. SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize websites for search engines, and manage PPC campaigns. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segment lists, and personalize messaging. Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Website Optimization: Optimize website content and user experience to increase conversions. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, design, content) and external agencies to achieve marketing goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and data analysis tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing marketing landscapes.
