Candidate’s responsibilities shall centre around the following Job Overview We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to supervise construction work in Navi Mumbai. You will make sure the work is done on time, with good quality, and coordinate with contractors. You should be able to work independently and solve problems on site. This job is great for someone with 3-4 years of construction experience who wants to grow their career. Key Responsibilities Look after daily work happening at residential and commercial construction sites Make sure the work is going on as per the plan, on time, and with good quality Talk to and coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers Keep daily records of the work done (DPR), materials used, and site updates Check the site regularly to make sure the work is being done properly Solve small problems at the site and help manage the workers and contractors Share regular updates and reports with the management team Make sure the flats/shops are ready on time to present to or clients Follow all rules and safety guidelines related to construction Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in construction or site supervision, preferably in residential or commercial projects Good knowledge of reading construction drawings and using AutoCAD is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on site Willingness to travel to different property locations in Navi Mumbai Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) Responsible, hardworking, and proactive Good understanding of safety rules and construction standards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you comfortable reading and interpreting construction drawings?
