Description: Join our team as a Jr. Architectural Technician (Quality Control) We are searching for a talented and motivated Jr. Architectural Technician to join our dynamic Quality Control team. In this role, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of quality throughout our projects. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of 3d models created by design team to identify and document any discrepancies from the architectural plans and specifications. Prepare detailed reports outlining identified issues, including clear descriptions and references. Collaborate effectively with design team and client teams to ensure timely rectification of deficiencies. Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in an architectural setting (or internship experience). Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
