Jr. Architect

As an Architect with good knowledge in Interior work, your role will involve researching, programming, planning, designing, and administering building projects for clients. You will apply your expertise in architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Producing conceptual plans, renderings, and documents. - Planning and programming the layout of project(s); coordinating and integrating engineering elements into a unified design for client review and approval. - Utilizing computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans. - Producing construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit. - Directing, supervising, and checking activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for various phases of a project. - Interfacing with the Director of Architecture and project managers. - Working collaboratively with multi-discipline design teams. - Assisting in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications. Qualifications required for this position include: - Strong knowledge in architectural design and construction detailing. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
