Position Overview: As a Junior Architect at Designs Bank, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and designers on various stages of project development. You will be involved in conceptualization, design development, construction documentation, and client presentations. This role offers an exciting chance to grow your skills and contribute to diverse projects that make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Collaborate with the design team to generate innovative and creative design concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives.
• Design Development: Assist in developing schematic designs into detailed architectural plans, ensuring alignment with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Construction Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client needs, communicate design concepts, and address feedback.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and building systems to support design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards throughout the design process.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture through continuous learning and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Architecture.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in a design firm or architectural studio.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop etc.)
• Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
