Job Description

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally record purchase,
expenses, receipts and payment transactions.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, debit notes and credit notes. Maintain cash book, bank book and petty cash records.
Perform ledger reconciliation. Verify bills, supporting documents and approval before processing payments, Coordinate with site/project teams regarding bills, expenses and payment-related documents.
Maintain subcontractor and vendor ledgers.
Assist senior accountants in other accounting-related requirements. Ensure accounting entries are accurate and recorded on time.
Record subcontractor advances, deductions and payments. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

NOTE : Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel. Basic knowledge of GST and TDS. Accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
