Job Title: Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger accounts.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, entries and payment workings.
Prepare TDS data and assist in quarterly TDS return filing.
Maintain purchase invoices, sales bills and other accounting documents.
Assist with GST-related entries and basic GST working.
Maintain proper records of outstanding payments and receivables.
Coordinate with the CA for audits, taxation and statutory compliance.
Required Skills
Practical knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Basic knowledge of TDS calculation, deduction and payment.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Basic Excel and computer skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain proper records and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
* B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
* 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Candidate with good practical knowledge of Tally and TDS may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
