Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records.
Handle ledger maintenance and account reconciliation.
Perform purchase entries and journal voucher (JV) entries in TallyPrime Cloud.
Manage accounting operations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Conduct bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
Generate and manage E-Invoices as per company requirements.
Maintain and monitor petty cash expenses and records.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and proper documentation.
Support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with TallyPrime Cloud.
Good understanding of bank reconciliation and journal entries.
Familiarity with E-Invoicing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in accounting or finance will be preferred.

*Experience:

0–2 Years of Experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
