Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant who has good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel and is comfortable handling accounting and data-entry work. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Perform data entry and record maintenance accurately.
• Maintain ledgers and assist with bank and account reconciliation.
• Prepare basic reports and statements using MS Excel.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist the senior accountant in day-to-day accounting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data management.
• Good data-entry and typing skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST and basic taxation will be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is proficient in Tally and Excel, accurate in data entry, and has a basic understanding of accounting procedures will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
