Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting work in our jewellery business. The candidate should be well-versed in Prime Software. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and timely completion of accounts work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries in Prime Software (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, vouchers, stock).
• Prepare invoices, bills, and maintain financial records.
• Assist in reconciliations and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth workflow.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all accounts data.

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting role, preferably in retail/jewellery industry.
• Proficiency in Prime Software(mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Qualification :

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Prime Software (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Handling).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

Salary Range : 15000k to 30000k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
