Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and field-oriented Project Coordinator – Livelihood and Enterprise Development to support the implementation of grassroots livelihood and microenterprise initiatives. The role involves planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of field activities related to artisan-based enterprises, SHGs, FPOs, and rural entrepreneurship. Key Responsibilities : 1. Project Execution & Coordination Implement project activities in line with approved plans and timelines Coordinate day-to-day field operations including training, capacity building, and market linkages Support mobilization, onboarding, and mentoring of rural entrepreneurs and producer groups 2. Enterprise Development & Value Chain Support Facilitate design interventions, product development, and branding for craft-based and agri-based enterprises Link SHGs/FPOs/artisans with market platforms such as Haat bazaars, exhibitions, and e-commerce (e.g., ONDC, HCL eHaat) Support formation and strengthening of AOPs and micro-enterprises 3.
