Job Summary: We are hiring a Telesales Executive to generate sales by making outbound calls to potential customers. You will be responsible for influencing prospects to buy products or services, answering questions, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. A successful telesales executive must be persuasive, confident, and result-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and existing customers. Explain products or services in a clear and professional manner. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Answer customer questions and handle objections effectively. Maintain and update customer database (CRM). Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments as required. Maintain records of calls and sales activities. Provide excellent customer service and support. Report feedback and customer trends to the team leader. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and closing skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Fluency in [insert required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil, etc.]. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sectors like insurance, education, real estate, or telecom. Multilingual abilities.
