Innovate & Design various decor concepts and ideas Generate leads for Decoration services and achieve monthly target Designing Backdrops or Welcome Board or any pattern related to Theme using Canvas Coordinating with the Printing Service for Printing Flex or Foam Boards and Get them delivered one day before the event If any cutting of Foam Board required, coordinate with the Decor staff to complete the task one day before the event Client handling, Coordinate all operations Understanding the detailed need of the client in terms of elements required in each function Giving innovative ideas to implement during weddings Be present at the venue at the time of event and ensuring overall implementation of the deliverables Lead promotional activities for the event Supervise all staff (Decor Staff, Helpers, DJ, Game Staff, etc) Approve all aspects before the day of the event Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports Proven experience as event coordinator
