As part of the founding team, youll shape this product from the ground up. Position: Intern Location: Remote Stipend: Unpaid (Note: Financial compensation for the future may become eligible based on the firm&aposs growth and performance.) Must-Have: To be considered for this role, applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing previous design work, whether personal projects, freelance gigs, or academic assignments. Your portfolio should demonstrate your design thinking , UI/UX skills , and proficiency with Figma . Applications without a portfolio will not be shortlisted for the next round. If you are someone who: Masters Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, instances) and can build & maintain a design system Understands user flows , wireframing , and journey mapping to craft seamless experiences Makes data-driven design decisions , balancing usability with business needs then Goix is where you should be designing next. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and polished UI for the Goix mobile app (iOS & Android). Create high-fidelity prototypes and microinteractions to bring interactions to life. Implement consistency by applying Material Design and Apple HIG guidelines. Work with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals. Build and maintain a robust design system in Figma. Analyze business goals and user behavior to create scalable, accessible, and user-friendly experiences. Skills Required: Figma Mastery : Advanced skills in components, variants, auto-layout, and design systems. UX Fundamentals : Proficiency in user flow mapping, wireframing, and journey analysis. Platform Expertise : Strong grasp of HIG and Material Design principles. Data-Driven Mindset : Ability to balance user needs with business objectives. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with a love for pixel perfection. Strong communication and collaborative mindset. A passion for building products from scratch and solving real user problems. Open to feedback and iteration-driven design. Self-motivated and deadline-driven.
