Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate blue-collar and support staff hiring in coordination with department heads. Conduct induction and onboarding for new joiners at the factory. Employee Relations Address worker grievances and ensure harmonious industrial relations. Support engagement and welfare activities for workers and staff. Liaison with labor contractors and maintain required records. Time Office & Attendance Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime data. Maintain biometric systems and prepare inputs for payroll processing. Statutory Compliance Ensure timely compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Bonus Act, Factory Act, etc.). Maintain statutory registers and records. Coordinate with consultants and government officials during inspections. HR Operations Maintain and update employee files and HRMIS. Assist in performance management and training coordination at the factory level. Support audits and documentation related to HR and labor compliance. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in a factory HR or labor compliance role. Skills: Knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (PagarBook or similar). Ability to work under pressure and manage blue-collar workforce effectively. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications . Measure, cut, and weld metal components with precision and accuracy. Inspect completed welds for defects, strength, and compliance with specifications . Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools. Maintain welding equipment in proper working condition. Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment (PPE). Work collaboratively with fabrication and production teams to meet project timelines. Perform quality checks and make adjustments to ensure strong and durable welds.
