Role Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive ELV Systems Site Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the installation, testing, and commissioning of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems at project sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate with site teams, ensure quality and compliance, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The IBMS Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and business development for Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), including Building Automation, Video Surveillance, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Public Address Systems. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of ELV and automation systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in solution-based sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and handle enquiries across IBMS domains. Design and estimate solutions for Building Automation, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and PA systems. Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers. Negotiate with clients and close orders effectively. Attend direct calls and deliver presentations to customers and consultants. Ensure adherence to internal sales processes, including documentation and approvals. Engage with key stakeholders including end users, customers, suppliers, contractors, and consultants. Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution development and project execution. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the IBMS space. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IBMS/BMS/HVAC/Automation sales. Strong technical understanding of systems like BAS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and PA systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
