We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC professional with experience in laboratory work and KIIFB (Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board) projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, specifically in the context of civil engineering and infrastructure projects funded by KIIFB. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and manage QA/QC activities for laboratory testing, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Perform testing and inspection of materials, concrete, soil, and other civil engineering components. Maintain and manage documentation related to quality control and assurance. Monitor project progress and ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality compliance. Ensure adherence to KIIFB guidelines and procedures for quality assurance and control. Report any deviations or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Requirements: Proven experience in QA/QC roles, with hands-on experience in lab work. Strong knowledge of KIIFB project guidelines, standards, and protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and report-writing abilities. Relevant certifications in QA/QC, civil engineering, or related fields.
