Job Summary: The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products or services. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-first approach to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Assist users via email, chat, and phone Troubleshoot product issues Document interactions & escalate when needed Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers. Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide detailed product or service information as needed. Record and update customer information and interaction details accurately in the system. Follow up on unresolved customer queries until resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience with every customer interaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly service quality and response targets. Take feedback from customers and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times. Requirements: Strong communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Flexible with rotational shifts or weekend work, if required.
