Role & responsibilities Strong knowledge of Injection Molding , IML Robotics , and utility and auxiliary systems used in the plastics industry. Proven experience in rigid packaging manufacturing using injection molding processes. Responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Administration . Proficient in SAP and its application in plant operations and reporting. Exposure to and experience in handling plant-level commercial activities . Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Head in an injection molding unit. Preferred candidate profile Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance across departments. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Injection Molding processes, IML Robotics, and associated utilities and auxiliaries. Operational Excellence: Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and other operational efficiency tools. Strategic Planning: Ability to plan and execute plant-level strategies aligned with business goals. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Commercial Acumen: Exposure to budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and other commercial functions. Quality Management: Familiarity with ISO standards, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Job description: Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, client communication, and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales data, and dashboards. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation. Monitor and track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance. Ensure timely communication between internal teams and clients. Support in managing customer queries, complaints, and escalations. Coordinate with logistics/operations for order dispatch and delivery updates. Maintain accurate records in SAP systems. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advance functions: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) . Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
