Job Description

Job description:

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, client communication, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales data, and dashboards.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation.
Monitor and track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
Ensure timely communication between internal teams and clients.
Support in managing customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Coordinate with logistics/operations for order dispatch and delivery updates.
Maintain accurate records in SAP systems.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Advance functions: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
